At Dr Mandapati's Rooms, we aim to deliver the best client-centred care possible in a warm and supportive environment.
Our rooms are in a boutique private clinic located at North Gosford Medical Centre, adjacent to North Gosford Private Hospital.
Your First Appointment
Patients will need to visit their local GP to obtain a referral to see Dr Mandapati. These referrals usually only last 12 months and are required for all patients to be eligible for Medicare Rebates of your consultation with Dr Mandapati.
Please bring the following items to your first appointment
- Have your GP referral. If you do not have a letter (e.g. if your doctor is sending or faxing a letter), please confirm by telephone (02) 4321 0500 prior to the appointment day that we have received it
- A printed new patient registration form (which will be sent by email), containing your personal contact details, Medicare and private health fund details
- Provide any other medical information, history, or blood test results that may be relevant to your health care
- Bring any ultrasound scans and x-ray reports and films
Appointments
We pride ourselves in keeping to our appointment times, however there may be times when emergencies arise. Should an unfortunate situation arise, we will endeavour to liaise with you to come to alternative arrangements.
When canceling or postponing an appointment, we appreciate 24 hours’ notice.
